Dropbox is a cloud storage service that offers file sharing between different platforms such as Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Dropbox is both reliable and secure and this is what makes it one of the popular cloud storage services.

Dropbox is compatible across all platforms. You can access your content on any device as long as you have installed Dropbox app on it. On Windows, the Dropbox app remains fast and reliable and does not slow down your computer. To upload files to Dropbox cloud storage, you can move or copy your files to the Dropbox folder on your computer. The files will upload and synchronize across all devices automatically. This makes it an indispensable tool, especially for corporate users. You can also create shared folders in Dropbox. These folders are only accessible by users you gave access to. A green tick appears next to the file after the upload is successful.

Dropbox also has a web platform where you can log in to access your files. This is helpful in case Dropbox is not present on your device. You can also configure Dropbox to synchronize only when LAN connection is available through the Preference tab. You can also set the bandwidth speed for upload and download. In my day-to-day use, I noticed higher upload speeds than download speeds.

To sum up, Dropbox is a fast, reliable and secure cloud storage service that offers synchronization between different platforms and devices. On signup, Dropbox offers 5GB of cloud storage, which is sufficient for sharing files, images, songs and video clips. I recommend Dropbox to everyone in need of secure and reliable cloud storage.

Sil Boydens Software Informer is a bit slow, it can be that you have to reset your C in order to have Informer see that Dropbox has been updated.
